The Original Hot Yoga is a beginner’s series of yoga poses that proves to be the most therapeutic, healing yoga class ever created while also being an insanely powerful and effective workout. Meaning that if you’re injured, if you have pain in your body, if your joints feel creaky, you can come in and take this class, and you will literally feel better - more mobile, lighter, less pain, better sleep, less stress and more relaxed - after every single class.
Original Hot Yoga is a 90-minute, heated yoga class that transforms your body from the inside out. The set series of postures that make up this class are scientifically designed to stretch every muscle, nourish every cell, and strengthen every ligament and joint in your entire body. These specific postures also help to improve the health of your internal organ systems which leads to long-lasting vitality and overall good health. Room heated to 105F.

This 60-minute, high intensity, low impact class based around Pilates Principles will strengthen your core and transform your body. Practicing this class produces fast results in both how you look and how you feel. Develop real strength, tone your stomach, legs, and arms, and get a low impact cardio workout all in one class.

Rocket Yoga is a dynamic and fast-paced flow of yoga. The structure is similar to that of Ashtanga Vinyasa, consisting of a warm-up, after which one continues in the standing poses, seated poses, and ending with the traditional closing series.
Students are encouraged to make their own interpretation of the traditional asana/pose and can remove or modify binding postures. This makes the sequence accessible to all practitioners, even those who may have structural disabilities who would otherwise not be able to practice traditional Ashtanga Yoga methods.
Rocket Yoga is a perfect balance of tempo and sequence. These routines are appropriate for all levels of students, with plenty of ways to modify the classical poses. This class will "build you up" from modifications to eventually, more advanced poses.
Bring yoga blocks and/or a yoga strap, if desired, however, equipment is not necessary. Warm room 88F along with fancy lighting and a selected playlist enhances class experience. 90-minute class.
