Our studio policies have been created to ensure transparency and to maintain fair and equitable treatment to all our clients.
To help serve you better and help aid the class check-in process, we are requiring all new clients and members register for class in advance. Pre-registration helps with planning of the class and ensures you have a spot.
How To Register For Class
Once you have an active pass or membership, you may pre-register for class either through our website from our Schedule Page or through our MindBody app listing which makes reserving and cancelling class most convenient.
If space allows, you may reserve your spot up to 1-hour prior to class start time.
Those with an active membership or pass may "show-up" without a reservation, however, a spot is not guaranteed.
How To Create / Access Your Account
Utilizing the MindBody app is the most convenient way to reserve and cancel your reservation.
New clients, when you registered initially, you provided an email address. Use this same email to access your account. You may have to verify your login credentials, so check your email In-box or SPAM folder for a message from us.
Please note, if you've been to our studio even once, you already have a Hella Hot Aurora account! You will only need to create a password to login to your existing account. To find your account, use the email address you provided the first time you visited us. This step prevents you from creating a duplicate account resulting in further login issues.
Opt-In For Messages
In order to better serve you and provide you with current information, reminders and notifications, we humbly ask you to "opt-in" to all reminders and notifications. This will ensure you have all the necessary information needed to manage your account, book your classes, receive purchase receipts and know what is happening at the studio. Check your notification preferences within your MindBody account (Clink Profile, Click Gear Icon), "opt-in" for our communications.
For regular schedule classes, a 2-hour notice is needed to cancel if you are unable to practice. Cancellations may be made on the MindBody site or app only. Class schedule is subject to change without notice, check our website's Class Schedule Page for updates. Private class cancellation requires 48-hour notice prior to schedule class.
Late Cancel or No-Show
Please cancel your reservation before 2-hour window, if possible. If your late cancellation or no-show becomes excessive, you may lose the privilege of reserving your spot. If the class is full that you late cancelled or no-show to and others were on the class wait-list,, you will be charged $25.
Class Cancellation By Studio
Canceled classes due to weather or other unforeseen events, will show on our website's Schedule Page as well as the MindBody app. Clients with reservations will receive email and / or text notification.
As all classes have pre-registration available and it is required you reserve your spot, no drop-in arrivals. However, members with an active pass, may arrive without a reservation, although a spot is not guaranteed. All new clients must pre-pay and pre-register before arrival to first class.
Class Start Time
In order to begin class on time, we ask that you be at the studio, check-in with staff and arrive on your mat 5 minutes before class begins. Front door locks promptly at class start time. We get it, sometimes life gets in the way and you're running a bit late; all we ask is you do your best!
Please understand that you will be notified if your credit card fails to authorize for any reason, and that a $20 late fee will apply if you do not provide a valid credit card within two calendar days of the original rejection date. Also understand that your service will be deactivated if your account becomes more that 15 days late.
Payment On Account & Payment For Services
All services require pre-payment, online pricing options are available for purchase. We allow payments on account for rental mats, towels and beverages. If your account balance becomes negative, we will automatically add $10 to your account using your credit card on file. $10 minimum for credit card purchases. Class rates are subject to change without notice.
Refunds, Transfers and Extensions
There a no refunds, transfers or extensions on any pass or membership. Expired classes or unused memberships are not refunded. Unused or unworn retail items (not including food or beverages), may be returned within 7 days of purchase date for account credit or exchange only.
Unlimited Monthly (recurring autopay) memberships require advance 30-day email notice to request cancellation. Unused classes or lack of attendance does not cancel your membership, only written and acknowledged email request is applicable.
Lost and Found
Any unclaimed items will be donated immediately. Please make sure you have all your belongings before leaving the studio. Hella Hot Aurora is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
Entrance and Exit
Studio opens 15 minutes before class begins. Front entrance doors lock promptly at class start time and lobby is closed during class sessions. Front entrance and studio re-open after class for 30 minutes. Please safely exit the yoga room with social distance in mind.
Showers and Changing Areas
Limit shower use to a quick rinse-off. Changing areas, storage cubbies and coat hooks are available following social distancing guidelines. Leave your shoes at the front door.
In observance of seven major annual holidays celebrated nationally, we will plan to close on the following days, unless otherwise noted on our schedule: New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day
Registration and Liability Waiver
All participants are required to complete and e-sign (one-time submission) our Registration Waiver prior to taking class with us. Hella Hot Aurora reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.
